Introducing "Teams"
Our first change is turning the tab "Locations into "Teams". We know your operations can vary, from multiple sites to a single location. To better suit your needs, we've introduced the concept of "Teams." This allows you to organize devices, users, and workflows, and meet your operational demands more effectively. It's just a terminology update, so you may still see "Locations" for a while until we fully transition to "Teams." Your seamless experience is our priority! 🏢
Discover Our Streamlined Top-Bar Navigation
Our menu navigation has received a modern makeover, featuring a fresh and intuitive look. Everything you need is conveniently located at the top of your screen, covering content and configuration alike. Keep in mind that the specific pages you see may vary based on your role, but in general, this is where you'll access all the data that's been collected and is available to you.
To access settings, simply click on your Company's name on the right side of your screen, and you'll find a dropdown menu that gets...
All Settings In One Place!
You'll find all your settings conveniently in one place via the top bar. Click on your Company's name, and you'll access the configuration pages.

Personal settings
[all users]Profile: Modify your password, language preferences, and apply Teams ('Locations') filters for streamlined data viewing.
Workspace: Customize your workspace theme (dark/light mode) and dashboard layout, including the world map and general statistics counters.
Notifications: Select actions that trigger email notifications to your profile.
Teams, devices & users
[managers & admins]Teams: Formerly known as "Locations," this is your hub for team management and specific settings for each group. Click here if you want to read more about how-to.
Devices: Connect devices to your company's account, just as you're familiar with To remember how to do it, click here.
Users: Manage platform access and user permissions, just as how this access is limited. Overall, the process to invite a new user is still the same, you can read more here.

Forms Page
With our brand-new platform interface, access your Forms directly from the top bar. If you're an admin, you can also add and edit forms, in addition to reviewing all submitted answers ('submits') from executed inspections— all from the same page! 📋
Workflows Page
Great news! Our workflows page is now open for everyone's viewing, according to the teams the user has access to. You and your teammates can now explore the structure of your processes and locate files associated with these workflows. However, to create or edit workflows, you must have SuperAdmin or LicenseAdmin privileges. 👥
Enhanced Collaboration with "Contact Lists"
We've taken the convenience of our "Distribution Lists", an easy way to share files with various stakeholders in your supply chain, and made it even more user-friendly by renaming it to "Contact Lists." Create lists of contacts from your own company or clients to quickly select multiple recipients while sharing your files— click here to learn more. 📤
Dashboard
Once you log into the Cargosnap platform, your initial page will welcome you with the latest updates and highlights from your operation, featuring the most recent uploads in our Dashboard. Feel free to explore the various pages on the platform, and if you ever wish to return to that initial dashboard, just click on the Cargosnap logo in the top left corner of your screen – it's that easy! 📊🚀
