From time to time, adjustments might be necessary in your operations. It could be as simple as adding an extra photo to your workflow, tweaking options in a checklist, or even setting up a whole new workflow for a fresh process your team is diving into. All these changes take place within the platform, simplifying data collection for your inspectors using the app.

Curious about how quickly these changes appear in the app? The great part is that it usually takes just a few seconds! But, it all depends on whether the app is already open or not.

When the app is NOT open

Easy-breezy! Whenever you launch the app with an internet connection, it swiftly retrieves the latest settings from the platform, instantly updating the changes. In case there's no internet, it loads the settings from the last time it connected.

When the app is open

Even if changes are being made in the platform while your app is open, there's no need to worry! That will not impact your team's work while collecting data. Any ongoing process remains uninterrupted. When the operator gets back to the main page, they simply tap the three dashes on the left, go to Advanced > Reload settings, and voilà! The app reflects all the fresh platform changes.
