CargoSnap is all about making it easy to work together with others, inside and outside of your company. This article focuses on your colleagues: get them to also benefit from CargoSnap. Adding extra users is free of charge and brings real advantages to those users (e.g. they can be notified in case of issues in a file).
First of all: you need to have the role of a Manager or a SuperAdmin in order to have permissions to add additional users.
Click "Users" in the side menu and click the + symbol to add another user. In the following form, fill in the name, e-mail address and role (learn more about roles) of your colleague and click "Create". That's it! We will then send a message to the new user and help them set up their own account, password and preferences. Easy!
