Get to know better the platform so you can manage your forms

Updated over a week ago

One of the tools we love most about Cargosnap is the "forms"! If you've been using our platform, you probably noticed that you have two different pages to manage forms and their use depends on your need. Let's understand them a little better!

Side Menu

The page "forms" you find on the left menu will show you all the submissions to the forms created.

Clicking on a specific form from the list, you will see all the submissions and you can also filter answers and generate an Excel report of this form.

Just so you know, however, that you cannot edit the structure of the forms on this page. You'll need to find the forms page on global settings to do that.

Global Settings

To create a new form or edit the structure of a form already created, you need to go to the sidebar menu > global settings > Forms

You will see a list of the forms already created. Clicking on one of them will send you to edit the structure built, where you can add new questions, for example.
