It's great to have everything stored digitally in Cargosnap, but sometimes you want to extract uploads from your Cargosnap account to your company's drive.
We tried to make it as simple as possible for you to do this, giving you different options to do so:
1. Create a ZIP of all uploads within a file
Navigate to the three dots in the upper right corner of the file and click on 'Download'.
2. Collect images via email
Note: With this option, only snaps will be included in the email. Other uploads, such as forms, scans (documents, seals, barcodes, container nr, license plates etc) will not be included in the email.
Click in the upper right corner on 'Send by email' and fill out the email address you would like to send the images to.
This is a permission setting. If you do not see this option, navigate first to permissions; for Admin users only).
3. Downloading a single upload
Just click on the download icon at the bottom in the lower right corner of the upload. The upload will open where you can then save it to your own PC by hitting right click on your mouse.
