Some workflows are specific to one location or one customer. How to then present it to the right employees? This is where "Locations" come in: they allow you to group devices and users into groups that handle the same scope of work. They share settings, and you can also set up the permissions in such a way that they only see their own -relevant- workflows and forms in the app.
So, how to make a form or workflow accessible to a specific location only? Read on!
💡Note: only LicenseAdmins and SuperAdmins have the permission to manage workflows.
In the side bar, go to workflows and enter the workflow you want to make available for a specific location.
Scroll down to Advanced settings. Here you will see the option to enable the workflow for one, multiple or all locations.
Select those location(s) you want to make the workflow available for.
Don't forget to press Save Changes
