Sometimes there are photos or other uploads that are for internal use only which you do not want to share, or uploads which are blurry that you wish to leave out.

In default, every upload is automatically selected to be shared. However, there are multiple ways to exclude certain uploads from shares or reports:

1. Manually de-select an upload from sharing

Just click on the toggle in the lower right corner of the specific upload you wish not to include in the share or report. When de-selected, the icon turns grey, indicating that this upload won't be included in the share or report.

2. Set what you would like to automatically include/exclude in every file you share
If you never want to share any documents, snaps, or snaps with damage, that are being uploaded to your files in Cargosnap, you can easily de-select them here:

3. Manually (de-)selet uploads in bulk within a file

Using this filter, you can filter on certain types of uploads (Snaps, documents, Forms, Fields) and then with one click you can include (= Share fitlered) or exlclude (Un-share filtered) them from your share or report.
