How to group Workflows together in Cargosnap

Snaps, documents, data-entry forms, and videos all belong to a certain reference - your file. These different ways of capturing data all form part of a workflow, no matter if it's a 1-step or 10-steps workflow!

In Cargosnap, we have made it even easier for you to manage your workflows by grouping them together within a file. This means that instead of showing them in chronological order, we conveniently group workflows together within a file. Think of it as 1 file with 10 containers, each following a workflow. You can load/discharge these 10 containers at the same time with multiple staff, but each device will group its own workflow together.

Please note that this feature requires apps to be on the latest version to work!

What does it look like?

When you view your file, you will see a bracket around the steps that belong together, mentioning the workflow name and the progress (completed steps). If a step is skipped, this will also be visible.

However, when you share the file, the progress, skipped steps, and the name of the device that uploaded the photo will not be mentioned. We understand that this information may be considered confidential for your company.

If you prefer to see the uploads individually instead of grouped together per workflow, you can simply uncheck the box under list/grid view:

That's it! With Cargosnap, you have the flexibility to customize your app, your processes, and the way you want to visualize your collected data. ✨
