Is one of your devices facing a problem in uploading files (snaps, images, pictures, documents, etc. ) from the CargoSnap App? Going through the following steps might solve your problem:
Check if the device has pending or failed uploads
Check internet connection
The device that uploads the files may be in flight mode or has no/weak internet connection. This could cause uploading failures or delays.
If you solve the internet problem, the pending uploads number is supposed to drop. If not, restart the App. To do so, Click "Advanced" and then hold the "Reload settings" button for a second, to update!
"Queue" will show you the files that are uploaded or to be uploaded. Keep the app open is may be needed if there are many files to do (esp on iOS we see that moving the app to the background may negatively impact the upload progress, see also this article)
