Is one of your devices facing a problem in uploading files (snaps, images, pictures, documents, etc. ) from the CargoSnap App? Go through the following steps might solve your problem:

  1. Check if the device has pending or failed uploads

  2. Check internet connection

    The device that uploads the files may be in flight mode or has no/weak internet connection. This could cause uploading failures or delays.

  3. If you solve the internet problem, the pending uploads number is supposed to drop. If not, restart the App. Go to "Advanced" > "Reload settings" to update the number!

    Keep the app open is probably needed if there are many files 😉

  4. "Queue" will show you the files that are uploaded or to be uploaded. In "Advanced" > "Requeue", you can re-upload the failed ones!
