So, from Excel or your TMS/WMS you are able to create a link from the file reference you use in your solution, to jump straight to the CargoSnap file (needs a user account with access to the file!).
Fortunately, doing so is simple!
https://app.cargosnap.com/files?search=[your-reference]
replace the part "[your-reference]" with your own reference, and voilá, you have a link straight to your own file.
