Where are they and why is this happening?
The 'where' is easy. When you press on the 3 lines in the left corner of the app, you can see where your uploads are 'hanging':

Completed uploads

Pending uploads

Failed uploads
If they are under pending or failed uploads, they are still in our cloud, waiting to be uploaded. Not to worry, your data is not lost!
As for the 'why', there are several explanations for this, depending on the situation. Below we created a list with steps to take that might solve your issue:
Check the Internet connection
It can happen that when you're device is connected to the WiFi, the connection is not stable at the moment of uploading. This can cause a delay in uploads. As soon as the connection is stable again, or you switch to mobile data (if enabled in platform), you should see the uploads coming through.
Reload settings in the Cargosnap app
When going to the menu of the app (3 lines in the left corner) and to 'advanced', you see a button to reload your settings.

📱 Android device – Power optimization
If you’re using an Android device, the issue may be related to a system setting. When Battery Optimization is enabled, Android can restrict background network usage, which may cause instability, delays, or failed uploads. We recommend following the steps in this article to disable power/battery optimization for the Cargosnap app so your uploads can complete reliably.
📱 iOS device
