Switch your device between Teams
As a logistics service provider employee using the mobile app, you may work for multiple shippers, or in different departments. Switch your device between teams.
Add a device to another Team
We assume you already have a device activated in one Team. Now with this same device you can also have it activated in a second Team.
1) In the mobile app click in the right top of your screen on the company name (e.g. CW):

This will open the following dialogue (example):

2) Click the [➕] icon to open the camera
This allows you to scan the QR code to register your device, just like you did when you joined your first company / team (in case you don't recall, read up here how a device is registered).
Done!
Notice how you will now see a new button in your screen in the upper right corner. You'll need that for the next step (documented 👇below ).
Alternatively to the above registration flow, you may be invited by email to join a company. Simply clicking 'Join company' on that invite will add your device to that additional company.
You may repeat this step up to 7 times, thus joining up to 8 companies.
Note: For every Team where you have your device activated, counts as 'one activated device' in your subscription.
Switch between teams or companies
Now comes the easiest bit. To change between teams, just click the round button in the right upper corner again of the app (step 1 in the article):

This will open the overview of teams/companies you've registered with:

To switch, simply tap the team which you want to perform an inspection under. As you can see, you may switch between teams in your own company or to a whole different company. Confirm the change in a second step:
Settings will automatically be reloaded, thus you will receive all workflows of the team you've switched to, and - of course - all your work done will be uploaded to that specific company. You may switch while online or offline.
🚧 Avoid mistakes!
Now, there are some "risks" we'd like to point out here when using this feature. Please be aware that once you've selected a specific team, all executed workflows/snaps/forms, etc. will indeed be registered under that team, in the selected account. You cannot change back.
🔗 Advanced: using deeplinks to switch companies automatically
When using deeplinks, you may also configure the client to automatically select the designated company/team to scope the activity to. Read more about deeplinks, here.
