How to edit files from the platform

Editing an existing file is super easy - You can do it from both your App or Cargosnap Platform

You can use the Cargosnap app to collect the data you need and view them on the Cargosnap platform.

After a file has been created, there are multiple ways that you can edit it or add more information to it.

This article is a collection of topics about how you're able to edit a file or add information to it.

Note: The below solutions can only be done by users from the company who created the files.

When you share a file with an external email address, the recipient is not able to edit the file.
