When you install Cargosnap and use it, you may be wondering what happens to your data, in case you want to leave.
Well, by default we will hang on to your data for a while, but on your request we can remove your data for good.
How to get data removed
Contact us on our chat widget (the orange one, in the right lower corner) and specify what you'd like to remove. We will do some checks to see if indeed you're entitled to the request, but other than that we will follow up on your request. Of course.
Our data retention policy
By default we will store all data at least for 3 years. We may keep data longer on your request, or for use of enhancing your experience with our solution.
