Where are my photos stored and how long are they available?

Cargosnap securely stores all uploaded content in the cloud. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about where your data lives and how long you can access it.

Where is my content stored?

All content uploaded through Cargosnap are stored on our cloud infrastructure, which is hosted on servers located in Europe

How long is my content?

Your data remain accessible in your Cargosnap account as long as you have an active subscription.

If your subscription ends:

  • Your content may remain visible for some time. You can still log in and see all the content that you created before the cancellation date. 

  • However, we cannot guarantee how long they will remain available after cancellation.

  • Access to certain features or historical data may be limited once the subscription is no longer active.

If you anticipate needing long-term access to past data, we recommend downloading or exporting your photos and other related logistics content before ending your subscription.

How can I download my photos?

Yes. As the owner of the content, you can always download them to your own environment.

  • You can manually download both individual and multiple photos directly from the platform. See this article.

  • If you prefer to export large amounts of content, you can easily bulk download your photos and all other data using the Cargosnap API. For more details on how to use the API, please refer to the article Enable the API.
