Reload settings in the mobile app

The Reload Settings button ensures your mobile app is using the most up-to-date configuration and workflows. It also allows you to manually retry any uploads that are pending or have previously failed.

How to Access Reload Settings

  1. Open the mobile app.

  2. Tap the menu icon ☰ in the top corner of your screen.

  3. Select Advanced.

  4. Tap Reload settings.

What Reload Settings Does

When you tap Reload settings, the app will:

  • Refresh workflows and settings so you are using the latest available versions.

  • Push pending uploads that have not yet been sent.

  • Retry failed uploads without waiting for an automatic sync.

Once you've pressed the 'Reload settings button, you will see the below message in green:
