How to Fix It
Here are a few things you can try:
Close other apps – If another app is blocking your camera, closing it might help.
Restart your device – This can refresh your system and free up the camera.
Check for security apps – Some devices have settings or apps that restrict camera access. If you find one, try adjusting the settings.
A Quick Note on Camera Compatibility
Right now, our app only supports the back camera of your device. That means:
If you’re using a scanner-style device (like some Zebra or Daishin models) with an external camera attached, our app won’t detect it.
If you absolutely need to use an external camera, let us know what device you’re using. We’re always open to feedback!
