Before we begin, a few points to clarify some initial matters:
Important: to subscribe, you need to have the role of "LicenseAdmin". With that permission, you can manage the entire account, including the Billing part.
If you are currently in a trial and have some days left, don't worry: we will allow you to finish your trial for free and not charge anything until the trial period is over. But submitting your details earlier will help make a smooth transition from trial to a proper subscription.
Right, let's get going! First: go to the Billing by clicking on your company's name in the upper right corner:
From here you can walk through 4 steps to subscribe, which you can track at the top of the dialog:
Currency and Subscription: choose the currency and quantity of licenses. One license allows you to connect 10 mobile devices to your account. Remember that the use and number of users are unlimited in our current license plan.
Company details: allows you to submit key data for our invoice to you, such as the name and email address for us to send the invoice to, the company address information, optional PO, and for some countries the required Tax identifier
Payment method: select one of the payment methods to your preference.
Credit Card: you submit your credit card details once, and we will handle the payment automatically and send you our monthly invoice as a receipt.
Wire-transfer: you will receive a monthly invoice, to be paid into the CargoSnap account, along with the invoice number.
SEPA: for select (European) clients, we also offer the SEPA payment option. This allows you to mandate us to charge your bank account monthly. No admin! Of course, you will also receive the invoice for your administration.
(note: for taxing/invoicing reasons, we do not support the payment option in some countries, like Brazil).
Confirm subscription: once you submit the above, you get a summary review of the submitted information and confirm the settings.
